Bell and howell 1680 problems

Hi i have a b&h 1680 that for some reason has no power to the motor i have tested the switch and all seems ok there is no power at the switch there is power for the lamp but not the motor.
I have also tested the power from the transformer and thats ok .
I have been trying to find the Schematic for it but cant seem to find one .
Any help would be much appreciated.

Update it was a speed control board under the projector you have to remove the steel cover and the speed board is next to the amplifier look around the plug socket for dry solder joints.
