Thanks Richard. Replacing the lower sprocket gear as involved as replacing the worm? Do I need to disassemble the chastity?

Okay. So what's the next step after the transformer is removed?

My lower sprocket gear has 1 set screw and I believe needs the Bristol tool.

Okay after closer examination here are a few issues and observations with the 2580a I have in my possession:
1.) I have a few small cracks in the worm gear that have not yet cracked all the way through the length of the gear. Are there any adhesives that could be applied to the worm gear avoiding a replacement? Any opinion is on this would be appreciated.
2.) The metal lower sprocket gear has 2 set screws instead of one and I have ordered the Bristol set on eBay for these two set screws because I had tried using an Allen wrench set on it but either the angle was wrong or they were the wrong size Allen wrenches. I am hoping that the Bristol set will take care of the set screws on the metallic lower sprocket gear. Anyways now I will have a Bristol set to do future repairs on this machine.
3.) This may seem like a non-issue because I haven't heard of the flywheel being stuck on its axel. It IS stuck but spins freely. I removed the retaining clamp and have given it a little encouragement with a rubber wrench. Nothing happening there.
