At my request Edwin of Van Eck Video Services designed a 3D printed main switch knob for my Elmo 16CL. Because of the long/thin design the knob can not take a lot of stress when used regularly. I had 2 knobs crack. I was able to super glue one of the broken knobs to make it usable...but I needed a replacement for the second. After sending my request to Edwin...he designed a 3D replicate in about a week.
I just received the new knob and it's perfect! It even has the set screw to tighten to the switch post. I'm going to use this 3D printed knob on my permanent setup since it is much stronger and will hold up better than the original knob.
