I believe that would be a Cinemec projector as until very recently they were still manufactured (in Italy). It's not impossible they still do 16mm projectors but I cannot confirm that. -

They have a website but I get an error message when I click on the English section. The pages in Italian are however still working and it seems that these projectors are still manufactured, but, again, I cannot garantee that. There are no prices display (I believe because the projectors are made on special orders, with different options, but that's just my opinion).
