Im asking for any help on this its on behalf of a customer who bought this projector off me and is having an issue,
I cannot get the auto-thread to work, so I tried manually threading the film. It is now loaded, but not taut. How do I release the clutches so that I may tension the film?
looks like the two snub rollers that give tension round the the drum are stuck open. this will happen if the projector is still in auto load. another problem is they are stuck due to lubrication going dry and stopping them from creating tension, if this is the case some dismantling with need to be done to relube, just my suggestion.
