Yes, you can buy these from Ian-Partridge.com here in the UK. He also has the English language service manual for the projector. Having said that all the technical information that I think you could ever want is available on Olaf-16mm-Kino website (albeit in German).
I have a couple of these projectors, the beauty of them is they are 1950's technology so robust and easily repairable compared to later equipment with IC boards.

Excellent machines but unfortunately probably the most expensive on the market at the time. Most were purchased by companies rather than individuals.
