Need Elmo ST-1200 HD Parts

I was wondering if someone would be willing to sell me the rear plate that goes around the lamp and volume knob from an Elmo ST-1200 HD? Also, I am in need of the volume knob as well. Thank you for the help.

The control shaft is concentric and two knobs are fitted to it. The larger one at the rear is the tone control, and the smaller one at the front is the volume, this latter is also the on/off for the amplifier.
