I'm looking for completely transparent (clear) Super 8 leader in as large quantity as possible for painting onto. Does anybody have any they would be willing to sell me?

I dont think I ever seen tranparent leader (cmiiw). They are always colored or just plain white.
My 2 cents suggestion if you couldn't have one... i.e get fresh film and shot it to a (very) bright image such sun or halogen light, then you will get transparent film after the film is developed.
it is costly but you will get from one cartrige 15m (50 ft) film running 3 minutes (shot at 18fps) or 2.5 minutes (on 24 fps).
You can get this by using expired film which is cheaper. Get someone with a camera to do the job.
