I can't find anyone and as far as I know the CIRO company has gone closed for a long time please correct me if wrong because I am wanting to get this blade. Replaced. I am referring to the original owner who founded the company Leo Catazzo when I say closed and out of business, if there is another company that took it over and making parts by all means, please let me know

The company is still working and producing splicers, but not the Super-8, 8mm or 9.5mm ones any more...

You might be able to contact them, if you have specific questions about blades or other spare parts.
Spare parts can be bought from several dealers, for example these ones...

I am sure I have seen other websites that supply parts, too (e.g. American ones). And then there is always eBay.

Thank you everyone. I have an email out to CRI / Italy.
Cut film did try and help me but they sent the blade for the cheaper yellow plastic model. So that was a goose egg. There's a company called Christie digital California based that was liable for the error not Dwight. Generally speaking that idea went down as a no go.

I have to correct myself. Contrary to what I said before, Catozzo is still offering splicers for 8mm, Super-8 and 9.5mm, but these are the small "amateur" versions, not the professional ones. For Super-8 they even still sell the cheap plastic version. Catozzo also has a 16mm "amateur" splicer, in addition to the regular 16mm M.3 one...
