Nothing really to do with my latest lists, but I thought I'd let you know that from next month Royal Mail are adding an unbelievable 30p to First Class Mail (2nd Class is staying the same though) and parcels are going up again as well, it looks like I will be using 2nd class more often, I think this is the 3rd or 4th time prices have risen in around 2 years, I think this latest rise just before the Christmas postal rush is one of the most cynical I've known from Royal Mail, so at least you are all aware of the situation now.

Hi Barry i hope you are keeping well . My local postie told me just recently that Royal Mail are thinking of scrapping the 2nd class postage rate in time . My postie also advised me in order to save me money that even using 1st Class is a waste of time at the moment as the system is in such a mess that all letters and small parcels regardless if it is 1st or 2nd Class stamped is being treated just the same . I think this is true as when i first moved to where i live now i got my letters and small parcels around 8.00 am - 10.00 am in the morning . Now i am lucky if i receive it around 12.30 pm - 4.00 pm in the afternoon . What an utter shambles !

You've always done your absolute best to have very affordable shipping, Barry, but it must be a serious pain in the arse when shipping is getting to the point that shipping costs more than the print!
