There were two versions of this title one by Disney and one by universal which one do you want I don't have anything for sale, but you need to be more specific to help you locate it

I guess this is a public domain cartoon. So those stories can be made to film by anyone like Cinderella, Pinocchio, Beauty and the Beast are not owned by Disney.
The Legend of​ Rockabye Point​ is from Walter Lantz Productions and was distributed by Universal Pictures. This was released by Universal 8 in 1979. Directed by Tex Avery, it's very, very funny. I'm unfamiliar with the second version that Chip mentioned.
