I believe, from his posts when moving, that it is a large outbuilding that is used for storing the films.

Yes I have an extremely large shed, we insulated it from the weather, I even have a storage heater for when the weather gets cold. I have steel racking that holds all the equipment and films, the hard part is selling them!
