In the context that brand new films were usually sealed in a plastic wrapper, .does unsealed mean that they have never been opened, or does it mean that the original seal has been removed?

It's well SEALED film and not UNSEALED film!

THE FILMS ARE WELL SEALED BY A PLASTIC WRAPPER. SO THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY NEW!
