  • Is there any interest here in foreign language cartoons?

I post this question, as I have just recently received a collection of super 8 sound/color cartoons that are dubbed in foreign languages. They are well known American-made titles, like Looney Tunes, Terrytoons, Hanna Barbera, and others. They are in Spanish, Portuguese, German, and Italian. Most of these were manufactured by Techno Films, but there are some others as well.

If I can determine interest, I will list them for sale here. Otherwise, I will take my chances on eBay.

How are their colors? Some Techno prints kept the colors beautifully but many are reddish.

      Hi Stu,

If they are desirable titles with magnetic sound, they might be good for people who re-record.

-for myself, I like my Bugs Bunny in the original Brooklynese!

Winbert, it's like you say, some have great color, others are faded. And some are sealed, so, who knows?

Hi Steve! Great to hear from youl

I would be interested in foreign titles that still hold their color

I like German language prints of German language films, -not so much dubs of English films.

(-hopefully B1 level or below, sodass ich verstehen kann!)

I really like Hans Fischerkösen animation.
