    My friend John Clancy who loads my lists onto the BFCC site must be away for a few days, and the lists have not been updated yet, so if anyone would like to see my new lists then email me at indi8films@aol.com and I'll send you the latest update, I'll let everyone know once they have been updated on the BFCC site as well.

      16220 Ridin’ on a Rainbow B (reel 1) B+/B (reels 2-4) £65 (4x400’) Made in 1941 it stars Gene Autry, he plays an investegator who’s looking into a Bank robbery the day the Show Boat comes to town, It’s got music, comedy and suspense, rare print!

      16413 The Gold Rush B+ £100 (1x400’ & 2x600’) Really nice print of this 1925 Charlie Chaplin comedy feature classic, the ‘Tramp’ goes to the Klondike in search of Gold, he finds it, has troubles with some burly types, and falls in love along the way!
      16605 America (a.k.a. Love and Sacrafice) (runs at 18 f.p.s.) B+ £200 (6x400’) OB This is the 1924 D.W. Griffith silent classic, issued by Blackhawk Films in the U.S.A., this may be the only print here in the U,K,, which I was told was only run once from new. It runs for 2 hours 20 minutes (i.m.d.b. timing) and tells the epic story of a family caught up in the American Civil War, it stars Neil Hamilton, Carol Dempster & Erville Anderson. Here’s one for lovers of classic American silentfeatures, it’s a very nice B/W print, considering the age of the movie, and I doubt you’ll ever see another print for sale here in the U.K.
      16785 The Son of the Sheik B+ £120 (4x400’) OB Superior quality Blackhawk Films print of this classic 1925 Rudolph Valentino silent movie, he plays a Sheik’s son who falls in love with a dancer, but when he is made to believe she’s betrayed him, he seeks revenge, it still holds the attention after all these years!
      16878 Tillie’s Punctured Romance B+ £65 (5x200’) OB Nice Perry’s Movies print of this 1914 comedy starring Charlie Chaplin, Marie Dressler & Mabel Normand. Charlie plays a city slicker who talks Mabel Normand into eloping with him, making sure she brings Daddy’s money with her

      11636 Intolerance: Love’s Struggle Throughout The Ages B+ £120 (6x400’) Made in 1916 by D.W. Griffith it stars Lillian Gish and Douglas Fairbanks in a story of a poor young woman separated by prejudice from her husband and baby, interwoven with stories of prejudice throughout history
      12063 The Lost World B+/B £75 (3x400’) This is the first film adaptation of the Arthur Conan Doyle fantasy, it was made in 1925 and starred Wallace Beery & Bessie Love. The Dinosaur special effects are by Willis O’Brien (later King Kong animator)
      14679 October (Ten Days that Shook the World) B+ £80 (7x200’) OB Made in 1928 this is filmed in a documentary style, it’s set in Russia in 1917, the fall of the Tsar, the creation of the provisional government and the decrees of peace and land in November. It also depicts a counter revolutionary revolt, which was suppressed, then into October when the Bolsheviks are ready to strike, in the 10 days that shook the world. This is the famous film written and directed by Sergei M. Eisenstein and Grigori Aleksandrov, rare on any gauge now!
      16799 The Navigator B+ £65 (3x400’) In Perry’s Movies boxes, this is F/L Buster Keaton comedy from 1924, two spoiled rich people accidently find themselves trapped on an empty ship, how will they survive?
      16892 Seven Chances B+ £65 (6x200’) OB Buster Keaton comedy from 1925, he learns he will inherit a massive fortune, there’s one catch, he’s got to be married by 7 p.m. on that day, wow! One of Buster Keaton’s best comedies, pretty good Collectors Club print too!

      10336 Percy’s Progress B £65 (4x400’) OB Leigh Lawson stars in a world where every man is impotent, and he’s the only guy who’s had a Penis transplant, and it’s working, and working well, so he’s become a very popular guy with the ladies. British sex comedy from 1974, and boasts a whole lot of guest stars like Elke Sommer, Judy Geeson, even Vincent Price has a cameo. It’s a fair Walton print which could do with a good clean

      14843 Corregidor B+/B £55 OB Made in 1943, this is a story about the Philippines Island of Corregidor just after the attack on Pearl Harbor by the Japanese, it centres around a Hospital and staff on the island, who try to treat the sick and wounded. as U.S. and Filipino troops try to hold back the advancing Japanese Army. It stars Otto Kruger, Elisa Landi & Donald Woods, rare!
      15825 The Sword of Monte Cristo B+/B £55 (2x600’) Made in 1951 this is a swashbuckling tale set in France in 1858, George Montgomery is sent to find members of a group of rebels, led by Paula Corday who has found the Treasure of Monte Cristo
      16514 For Men Only B+/B £65 (4x400’) The blurb states ‘With no holds barred they rounded up women to use for their own purposes’, nudity and more, adults only!
      16613 The Fall Guy B+ £65 (4x400’) OB This was made in 1930 and stars Jack Mulhall, he’s a hapless unemployed Chemist, who falls in with criminals, who soon becomes a ‘Fall Guy’ for a crime boss who plants drugs on him, but he’s not as hapless as he’s made out, and there are a few twists and turns along the way
      16752 Macbeth B+/B £70 (4x400’) Rare print of this 1948 Orson Welles production of the Shakespeare play, of course it’s in English verse, it stars Orson Welles (as Macbeth), Jeanette Nolan, Dan O’Herlihy and Roddy McDowell

      16841 Hallelujah I’m a Tramp (Bum (U.S. title)) B/B+ £75 (4x400’)Derann release of this 1933 Al Jolson musical, a New York tramp (Jolson) rescues a girl from drowning and falls in love with her, unfortunately she has no memory of the fact she’s the Mayor’s girlfriend, fun ensues! Music comes from Rodgers and Hart, rare find!
      16877 Wake of the Red Witch B+/B £70 (4x400’) OB Early Derann release of this 1949 John Wayne adventure film set in the South Pacific during the 1860’s, he’s looking for sunken treasure etc.
      16889 Sands of Iwo Jima B+ £90 (5x400’) OB John Wayne was nominated for an Oscar for his role in this WW2 story, set against the real life events of the battle for Iwo Jima, pretty rare print now!

      16796 Tension at Table Rock B+/B £60 (4x400’) OB Richard Egan, Dorothy Malone & Cameron Mitchell star in this 1956 western, Egan’s reluctant Gunslinger is using an alias to blend in when he helps out a Father and Son who are caught up in a robbery, he agrees to take the boy to his uncle in ‘Table Rock’
      16946 Jack and the Beanstalk B+/B £60 Made in 1952 this stars Bud Abbott & Lou Costello, it’s a comedy, with some musical numbers, based around the famous fantasy story, the boys are on form!
