  • Looking for some digests please.

Hi I am generally on the lookout for Super 8 nice order nice colour Digests 400 and 600 etc.

    Especially after a few though.

    The Mummys shroud

    Cross of Iron

    Fright

    Saturn 3

    The Medusa Touch

    The Trap

    The Shadow of Chikara

Guns for san Sebastian, though a good colour one can be hard.

But after anyhting nice digest wise good colour and order.

While I am on we had lightening here in the big Storm, it took out my internet at the local exhange and a close strike here also took out my router so I`ve been offline for around 10 days or so so sorry for any contact delays etc. Plus my really bad Pfizer reaction ( on going and worse ) before that did not help as well.

Now back on for 5 -7 seconds a minute so just about doing the odd thing.

I thought it was the new router but as it keeps getting sligthly better on and off it may still be an issue at the exhange or ? as well.

So any apologies etc if needed offered.

    Many Thanks Mark.

We did`nt have hailstones here Lee, some snow, but the bang when it hit near/ above ? my house was unbeliveably loud.

Put my electric off and ruined my router too.

I was relieved it was just lightening. It was so flippin loud.

Guns for San Sebastian 400 was the first super 8 film I bought from Derann and probably got me in to super 8.

Old new stock for £4 with a sound fault for the last minuite or so, but great plus a 200 Creature from the Blacklagoon for £2.

Anyway love to get anice Guns at some point.

      Best Mark.

I never seen Gun for Sebastian in good color. I have had three copies and all were red. But the same title were also printed by UFA in German. So there may be a good chance to have better color from there as UFA was very often to use AGFA stock against those faded Eastman stocks in the US.

I'd say check the print as some UFA releases were printed by Buck Labs on Fuji stock, not Agfa.

I eventually got a copy of Guns for San Sebastián 3x400 with decent colour I think it was a German print. Mind you I think it was fourth attempt. Even getting it on DVD or Blu Ray is also problematic.

Why not Agfa? Fuji will be eventually purplish.

In those days Buck only used Fuji, that's why most English Disney 200ft prints are on Fuji.

I have some Disney's (WHDM releases not Derann) printed on Kodak LPP. So they were also from Bucks labs WDHM used several labs at that time?
