Looking for Castle Headline HORROR 50' reels in nice boxes Std 8mm

I would like to collect all the Std 8mm Headline Castle films Universal horror reels. I have a few.

Currently looking for on Std 8mm 50' reels with decent/nice boxes :

DRACULA
FRANKENSTEIN
FRANKENSTEIN MEETS THE WOLF MAN
CREATURE FROM THE BLACK LAGOON
CREATURE WALKS AMONG US
INCREDIBLE SHRINKING MAN
HOUSE OF FRANKENSTEIN
TARANTULA

If the box is excellent I may consider in Super 8mm but I prefer standard so I can show on my vintage Argus 500 Showmaster. Nostalgia lane for me.

Hi Philip -

I’m afraid you won’t find Frankenstein and Incredible Shrinking Man in Headline Editions as they were never made. Starting with Incredible Shrinking Man Castle Films ceased releasing 50’ editions, only complete. The others you noted did have Headline Editions.

Finding Std 8mm is a lot tougher than I expected. Deja Vu for me - in 1970 I had a tough time finding standard 8mm of the movie I wanted - it seemed that it was always Super 8mm.

Strange, I have been lookin for these on eBay for months. I have yet to see these two titles listed as Standard 8mm Headline editions. Nothing. Nada. I am beginning to thing they weren’t produced or in high volume at all.
