Thank you!
I collected super-8 films from Ken, Castle, Red Fox, Niles etc. back in the 1970s & early 80s.
Are there still companies releasing Super-8 films? I'm new here, is there a sticky that lists film dealers or is it all selling/trading older releases?
Yes there are like Dorun films and reel image Dorun is in UK reel image is America, i know there is few others too that other forum members will point out for you.
The first thing you should do is subscribe to Steve Osborne's The Reel Image. You'll find out all about the latest releases plus you'll get Steve's mailings of his used film & equipment lists.
After that, send an email to Dorunfilms@yahoo.comβ and ask about new releases.
Then, without a break, go to Ultra 8 and get put on their list!
You must be a newbie, as these last few years have been a Renaissance of new releases and, if desired, one can even pursue they're own releases individually, if that's they're taste, (it is mine), which has never been possible before. π
