Hi Steve, yes I've seen it but they don't work for me as the rattan is flat and with internal threads so it doesn't burn with the lamp.

It sounds like you actually need a spring belt, but the question is: would that have enough friction that it wouldn't slip?

I was going to recommend that seller as well. I'm surprised if he sold a belt for a particualr model of projector that didn't work. His belts are spot-on in my experience. He has also been very helpful in selling me belts when he is not familiar with a particular model. He had me measure, and then sent me multiple belts to try. Even included his phone number for me to call and follow-up. Very helpful. (But I'm also in the U.S. as is he.) I'd communicate with him via eBay messaging.
