Which companies released these 8mm epics; AVIATION ODDITIES, CIVIL WAR BATTLE SCENES FROM GRIFFITH'S BIRTH OF A NATION, SOAP AND WATER ( a crackerjack silent comedy), WONDERS OF MANHATTAN - good thinking, shorty
I agree with Steve, it looks like Blackhawk released some cutdowns of "Birth of a Nation" such as "Great Moments from..." around 1953. I can't find "Wonders of Manhattan" in any Castle catalog or Scott MacGillivray's book, so I think we have to look elsewhere.
Thanks Shorty. If we are allowed a free guess, I wonder if "Aviation Oddities" was ever released by Walton? This guess is based on a number of other aircraft/aviation type films Walton released in the mid 70's.
