I have a Nizo editor 8 and only thing i could find were a few ebay ones being sold and one that was sold by Van eck video service for 1.3 million dollars. The one's that found sold elsewhere or for sale elsewhere like ebay are a white colr and base color is different also. The one i have is the exact same one sold by Van eck. and I cant locate info on the Nizo editor 8 anywhere or the valkue other than the value Van eck sold one for. Thank you for any help. I want know what i have so i can figure out how to sell it.. Thank you!

The info part is easy: There must certainly be some confusion somewhere or a very bad translation. There is no such thing as a standard 8mm editor that would sell for 1.3 million dollars unless it's diamond studded with 24k gold trim.
And finally my advice would be: Don't quit your day job!!!

Yeah I felt like the 1.250.000 euro was a bit insane. idk what the sale price was all about! Haha, but i know nothing about the 8mm camera's and such. I got the Editor from a guy that knew nothing about it month's ago. Have been on the fence about keeping it. I know if i keep it ill end up collecting 8mm film camera's LOL and i dont need to indulge in another hobby! Thanks for the replies!

It is a nice little setup, with rewinds & splicer mounted on (I assume) a plastic base. Considering that it's a standard 8mm unit (as opposed to Super 8mm), I would put the value at under $40. These were made around 1959.Comment
