I recently got a Chinon DS300. It was working fine then motor stopped suddenly. It is like fuse problem but all 3 x fuses are OK.
- The light comes up but motor doesnt move
My checks
- There is no power on the cable connected to the motor when I turn on the projector.
- Motor doesnt have a problem, I tested it with an external power supply and works independently
I suspected bridge rectifier, start/stop capacitor, motor conrol transistor (D313). The last thing I suspect is the function selector switch.
- Does anyone have any idea whether there is a secret fuse or did anyone face similar issue?
- Does anyone have connection diaghram or a picture of how cables are connected to the switch?
