Yelco ds810 mt frame adjustment problem

I have problem with the frame adjustment, the knob is stuck and doesn't turn. It seems like the "linkarm"up to the frame is stuck. Any ideas how to fix?

I had to degrease and re-grease all connected movable parts - including the ones that are on the other side of the projector. That’s because the old grease turned to stone.
When you have done this, you will have to manually move the metal bars until the framer can be moved easily. Now, the knob should work again.
