Blackpool Film Collectors' Convention Update

There's four months to go until the Film Collectors' event of the year. We've updated the Blackpool Film Collectors' Convention website with information about the forthcoming weekend which takes place on 14th - 16th November.

Last year we had to open a second dealer room to accommodate all of the dealer tables for the Sunday Film Fair, and we're pleased to say that this year again both rooms are now fully booked - it's a record for us to have them fully booked so early in the year.

We are also pleased to announce that the Friday evening feature film presentation will be screened again by Nigel Lister on 35mm.

Thanks for giving the dates long time in advance, this is valuable for those who travel from abroad. Except the train from London to Blackpool, everything else is booked. Looking forward to see everybody in November.

Hotel and plane tickets booked here too. In addition to the train booking, I also need to get the paperwork done to enter the UK which is required now.

Don't forger it You can no longer (from Belgium, anyway) obtain your Eurostar tickets to the UK without filling your details (the system knows if you have the visa, I assume). It may be the same with plane tickets?

I already have the plane tickets, so that worked. I did, however, buy those before the new vica system was active.
