Green Dots blinking and wandering trough the Picture

Hello at all!

On some of my super8 Prints are little green or yellow Dots visible.
They blinked on and off and move from the Top to the Bottom of the Picture.

Has anyone an Idea where they come from ? Projektor is an Elmo GS1200 and the Pitch Roller is very clean, so what can it be?

It sounds like they are fix dots. This occurs when the film is not washed completely on the final stage of processing. It is only over a period of time that they start to appear, as the particles of fixing agent dries out completely turning back into crystals. As these begin to fall off the film they take with them the emulsion leaving green / yellow dots.
