  • Non-English Disneyland/-world films

    Hi!

I never knew that one was able to buy Non-English souvenir films at Disneyland/-world?! E.g. here’s a movie with Spanish packaging, title and ending - copyrighted in 1980!

Have they also been available in other languages? And how long did they got sold?

(And there have never been any official movies about the parks outside the USA, e.g. the one in Tokyo or the one near Paris?!)

I have in my collection a French version of a day in Disneyland. You have to think of the geographics of both of the U.S parks.
You have Mexico in the south with spanish being spoken, and Canada to the north with a large french population so it made sense to produce multiple versions as they had a captive audience.
All of the other Disney parks in the world were built long after the days of super 8, and would have released their tour films on VHS then DVD.
Looking at the youtube video it seems to look rather amateur. Not the usual slick polished production we would expect from Disney.
