Hi all, i have a bolex 102 MTC TV style projector which is identical to the eumig R 2000.This has been running fine since i have had it but while i was using it just now it was working fine for around 20 mins and when i put it into reverse and it instantly died.First thing i thought was a blown internal fuse, but had a look inside and there is no sign of one, if there is not a fuse what could it be ?.Fuse in the power lead plug is ok.

Solved, there is a cut out switch built into the first sprung film guide which was triggered when it was put into reverse and the taught film stopped it from resetting itself. -
Eumig projectors that have the 60 series mechanics (of which the R2000 and bolex 102mtc and revue lux 8000 are one) dont have fuses indeed. normally only the sound projector have fuses and they are only for the amplifiers.Comment
