Fuji SH9 speed post

Hi our back up super 8 machine is the Fuji SH9, though getting a 1.1 on loan soon for my sons elmo soon sorted so bigger picture etc.

Ive fitted both new belts on the SH9 and great, but there are 2 speed pots, I don`t want to mess with them until I know which is which.

Does anyone know which is which please.

You can see them on the pic to the right of the top drive belt pulley Thanks. One above the other.

Years since I had my sh9. Best bet is to put a pen line marker on each pot before you move them Marcus

Hi Lee a good idea, but I wonder if I am right in guesing 24 FPS top.

Shame you can`t get a better ( not much , bigger lens for these. )

Be good to cobble up a bauer 1.1

Do as Lee says.

1) Just mark one pot (or take a photo)
2) Select 24 speed
3) Now! Alter the pot you marked.
4) You may have picked the jackpot

If it's not the correct pot, return it to its previous setting.
The other pot must be the 24.

Hi Maurice, I`ll try but I found on the Elmo 600 range both seemed to affect both speeds.

I`ll have a faddle later.
