I bought a 200ft reel which has three very interesting spliced-together shorts. I can identify two of the sections, but I wondered if any of our resident experts here could help me identify the first i.e. who released it and what the title is?
It opens with a 'U' certificate on the left of the screen and then shows interviews with film actors (such as Bob Hoskins and Ian McKellen) and politicians (such as John Major), all talking about the joy of going to the cinema. I assume this is a BFI promo from the 1990s, and it looks very much like a Derann release.
Any suggestions gratefully received...
