  • super 8 silent projector - Starter

    Hi

    Hope everyones doing ok

Does anyone know which silent super 8 projector would be best for playing and testing cameraless direct animation techniques. At the moment I'm stuck between Sankyo 200h and Eumig 610d for options so far. Will need something that will be easy to clean and replace bulbs incase of ink stains. I'm also guessing that there aren't projectors that are great to edit with. I wanted to try and get the brightest bulb I could to display a larger image but I think 100w seems to be the highest for the super 8 silent projectors. Also wondering how large and clear an image I can get too.

    Thank you

Hello Daniel. There are some silent projectors with a 150 watt bulb. Please, note that the power of the bulb is not the only thing to consider to get more light. A better lens than the standard one is available for some models.

two examples of silent projectors with a 150 watt bulb :
