How to take apart Bolex HiFi lens

I have a Bolex HiFi 20mm 1.3 lens and I would like to separate the lens elements form the barrel (and place the lens elements in a new, longer barrel), but don't know how to do this. When I look into the lens, I can see two little notches that look like you can use a special tool to screw the lens elements out of the barrel (see picture below)



Is there such a tool? Or is there a sensible way of doing this without access to a tool? Any ideas would be much appreciated!
