But be careful, there are different Types of Brushes in the Same MM4 Motor.
The later ones couldnĀ“t be replaced easily. They are on long Springs pressed on.
You have to cut them off and then solder some Brushes of a 12V Mabuchi Motor on this Springs.
To fit this into the Housing is difficult too. You have to snap in the Rotor with the Brushholder very fast, so that the Brushes couldnĀ“t slip away
from the Rotor. Here are some Pictures of this different Types of Take up and Rewind Motors from the Elmo GS 1200.
Another Difference is the Voltage. The early Machines MK1 and MK2 have 7V Motors and Power supply on the Transformer. The later ones MK3 have 20V Motors and Power Supply on the Transformer.
