It is likely extremely rare as the 8mm version was sold through very few outlets and certainly not something you would have bought at a large store."is what it states - as well over 40,000 copies of the extract were sold in the UK I wouldn't have thought it that rare at the time. How many would have been kept is a different matter. -
When the Star Wars original sound track came out on LP, (2 record set), it also came with a promotional poster, an early concept painting of the deathstar battle, featuring three Mellenium Falcons! Most kids put that poster up and it got destroyed quickly, but I had a first year copy of the LP, complete with never used poster! I sold the poster for 90 dollars, not bad for a thrift store find!
