I recently purchased a Keystone K-108 projector in excellent condition. The motor, gears, switches, and lamps all work properly, however the belt is broken. I ordered a new belt and have been trying to access the belt but have been unsuccessful. Does anyone have any experience with replacing the belt that could give me some tips or tricks. I was trying not to have to disassemble the entire projector! Thanks!

Does it require belts or is gear driven?

Both. The motor runs the fan, projector shutter, and the belt. The belt runs from the motor to the gear driven arms.Comment

Ah ok,
I thought that the reel arms just had cogs inside but, I have never stripped one myself and have been known to be wrong before (On numerous occasions
)
