Does not smell vinegar but the film is sweating, what is this?

Yes another topic for those who live in hot and humid countries (those countries lying close to the equator, no matter what continent you are), like me in Indonesia.

I knew exactly those VS smell which is bad sign for the future of my collection. But today, I found several reels do not have those nasty smell but it is kind of sweating. If we touch the film surface we can feel that wet but a bit sticky. So what is this? will it also be unplayable later on like those film with VS?
