Thanks Osi yes I do seem to have been at film continuously for over 50 years and the time has flown by. The great thing about film making and doing your own services to complete a movie is we never stop learning how to do things, which apparently is good for our brains.
Have a couple of modified Rexette machines as I wanted to stripe bigger reels of film in the 80's so altered the design a little to accommodate 800ft reels. I'm toying starting from scratch and making up some sort of aluminium case then shifting all the rollers onto it for even bigger reels also adding a DC drive motor.
If you need someone else to do your film striping both Andec and the Great Alberto can help you with that in Europe and very reliable professionals.
