  • Elmo Gs800

    I Brought a Elmo Gs 800 from Germany it is 220 volt I have 240 volt the machine motor works but the globe blows is there a way to get 240 watt power to the globe

    Have a look at the photo of a GS-800. There appears to be a selector (at top right) for changing the voltage. Perhaps it pulls out and revolves for the voltage input required.

      Edward, if you have the same model I have, Maurice's advise is correct. Pull carefully the rear cover as there is a fragile plug that links the amplificator and the built in speaker. You then just have to pull the black round and you should see different voltages. I selected 230 v but it is advised to set the projector on 240 v if your home voltage is 230 v.
