Greetings to all!
I am trying to find the solution to the problem that I have in my Beaulieu 708EL. I will try to explain it (and that the translator helps me a little!). For example, in the middle of playing a movie, if I have the urge to go backwards, "reverse" crashes, it tries to pull the movie backwards but stops. As if the clutch of the right arm was slowing it down. So, if I remove the reel from the arm and hit "reverse" again, it allows the film to move backwards and the reel holder arm rotates correctly (without the anchored reel). I attach a video.
