Last Saturday night I hosted my film club with a theme of "Fabulous Finales." The program: "There's No Business Like Show Business" (Ken 400' digest plus 50' trailer), "Gone With The Wind" (Derran 600' reel 4, ending at "Intermission"), "Never Give A Sucker An Even Break" (Universal 8 400' plus Castle Films' 200' "Hurry, Hurry"), "Girls, Girls, Girls" (Elvis, Ken 400' digest), "North by Northwest" (Ken/MGM 400' digest), "Abbott and Costello meet the Keystone Cops" (Universal 8 400' digest), and "Superman" (Christopher Reeves, Warner Bros. distributed by Columbia 8mm, 3X400' digest).
