Does anyone have suggestions for an appropriate modern adhesive/making an adhesive yourself for use with the old Super 8 sound striping machines?
I'm aware that there are services that do it for you, and that FFR in Germany sells an adhesive (http://www.ffr-film.de/eng-bespurung-.html), But I'm only interested in anything related to suggestions outside of that.
I recall the adhesive being a combination of Dioxane & Acetone, however I'm unsure of the proper ratio (2:1?). Keep in mind that this will not work on Polyester stock.
