Hi everyone i just bought a elmost1200 hd and have an issue with the frame or picture on right hand side you can see the picture isnt right like you can see the soundtrack or edge of the film, i think maybe the gate is the issue and might have moved something when cleaning? any ideas on what causing it or how to fix this,thanks
Tony it looks to me like the fixed edge guide in the gate (held by 2 screws) needs to be moved in very slightly. Loosen the 2 screws just enough to permit moving the fixed edge guide, and push it inwards towards the edge of the film very slightly until the optical sound track is no longer visible. You may have to do this several times to get it just right.
