Man, Doug, you have me stumped with this selection. Just a wild guess: could (A) be an international (maybe UK or Italy) box cover art edition from Disney's "Peter Pan?"

You got it! E is from the Ken Films 200 footer of The Curse of the Fly, a substandard edit on their part.
