Eumig S926 GL speed issues

Hello,
I hope all are well.
I have a Eumig S926 GL that runs a bit slow at the 24 fps setting. I have not tried it at 18 fps. The voltage is set to 117 volts and the drive belt is in the 60 hrz position. I watched Star Wars last night and everyone sounded like Darth Vader. Any ideas what could be causing this?

Probably the infamous rubber drive disc is slipping. Remove the front cover and wipe both rubber drive discs and motor drive ball with Q-TIP saturated with isopropyl alcohol. Do this several times until no more black debris comes off the discs. Allow to dry for 30 mins then power the projector back up.

Thanks for the information. I was wondering about the discs. Will give them a clean and let you know what happens.
