Help, my Elmo Gs1200 stopt running.

Last week my Elmo GS1200MKII worked fine.
today, my GS1200 stopt running.
The pre heating of the lamp works.
But when I press play, it will not run and the light dims.
The take up reels do work, both ways.

Can it be that I just need to replace a fuse and where do I find it?

And than,... suddenly after setting it up again,... it works again.

Was the ESS switch to blame?

I checked and I think that was probably it.
pfffuww, I was affraid his life was ending.

That is what you get, having a top notch machine and using it only for playing movies.

Another thing to check and that's the two relays directly below the flywheel. I have one spare GS1200 that I really need to fix properly, that at times just wont run at all until I prod and wiggle the top one one of those relays with the projector play button pressed. I give it a prod and away the motor goes until the next time.
