Take-up reel holder, Eumig Mark 501

Does anybody know if there's a way, without damage, to remove the take-up reel holder on a Eumig Mark 501, please?

Looks like Van Eck sells new take-up reel holders. Maybe reach out to him for some advice. He probably knows how to disassemble these without issue. Here's a link to the part he sells. Looking at the part I've included below, I see a set screw to hold the reel holder to the shaft.
