STEAM ALIVE
Super 8mm sound film Approximately 11 minutes.
A steam railway documentary filmed over 4 years and produced by CVP S8 Film Productions.
It's been a long haul since I started producing this documentary over 4 yearsago, enduring the worst of Covid, head on car crash and eventually back on our feet.
STEAM ALIVE will be the first steam railway documentary to have been specifically made for super 8 release in many decades looking at live steam railways around the UK.
We have been filming from the Bluebell railway in the south, to railways in the North. It will also feature amongst other things the Flying Scotsman after its rebuild on its first run.
The last railway filming is to be completed very shortly along with the remaining editing.
