Saying it is in mint condition and have used it last monday.

i had a good price for $400 but had to check something, of which I made a topic lately.
Because of the risc of shipmen, and I have no money to spare for something that can easily can go wrong, I asked him to wait, or otherwise sell it to another.
Now he sais he declined other customers and want a payment as a compensation..

maybe I'm wrong, but it doesn't feel good.
This smells bad.
I probably would never received that projector.

If I changed my mind before paying and a seller then told me they want compensation i think i'd laugh! What the hell is that all about? Surely no one paid this clown have they? I think if someone contacted me saying they had what i wanted who wasnt a regular forum member id be inclind to ignore them. Asking for for further information seems the first step in making sure they dont contact you again.

The tricky fall was, the PM I received first.
I did not check that person to start with.
So it looked like it was from a member here that knows the guy.
In the Selling 8mm equipment forum here, there is a topic from a member in that situation.
So without checking the names, I assumed it was from him.
I will never assume again.
