Multi-gauge Bolex projector on eBay UK 8mm, 9.5mm and 16mm.
I once had a chance to buy a G3 at a knockdown price at a house clearance sale. I passed, knowing that it was not kind to old and possibly shrunken 9.5mm film.
I had dual gauge 8mm projectors and I didn't collect 16mm silent.
Although an impressive piece of Swiss fine mechanics, admired by many, I must say that I abhor the G projector. The gate is not well accessible plus the lateral film guidance is below my dignity. Also it is a rather noisy apparatus. My preference are Cinéric.
Yes a Great Looking Projector, and Great for showing Professional Hollywood Movies, but not for Amateur Home Movies, every time you hit a splice ( Cement or Tape ) they jump out of alignment, and you have to reset the film by hand
