Elmo ST-600 audio connector for external speaker.

Does anyone know where I can purchase the connecter that the Elmo ST-600 uses to connect an external speaker? And I assume the speaker needs to be 4 ohm. Thanks

Hi Tom,

The Elmo external speaker would be 8 Ohms.

The DIN loudspeaker plug isn’t as common as it once was, but you should be able to find them by Googling “DIN 2 pin plug”.

In some machines external speakers connections YES can be used to other amplifiers such as Dolby surround. Hence my first earlier comment
