OK, I'm guilty. I failed to keep sufficient backup copies of my software.

I got a lightening strike just recently that blew up my dedicated telecine PC and I'm now trying to rebuild it. In the process of rebuilding I find that I can no longer read my backup dvd of the cinecap software. I've been trying to send an email to Jeff but they keep being returned as "no such address".

Would it be possible for someone on here to help by sending me a copy of Cinecap? I am registered and I have tried the older dodcap but it won't take my registration info. Evidently the database changed when he upgraded to 1.40.

    thanks for any help,

    Harry

(In case there's no more support for CineCap.)

Are you only capturing standard definition?
If yes, there's a software (once paid, now freeware) that might do the job as well. It's not perfect, but there're workarounds for that.

I've been using this for ages, works fine for me.

I'm going to take a look at this. It seems cinecap might be on its way out. Thank you very much.
